Armed robbery charges, Victoria Point
Detectives have charged a 16-year-old girl following an alleged armed robbery in Victoria Point on Friday night, February 12.
It will be alleged at around 10pm the girl approached two 15-year-old girls on Colburn Avenue, threatening them with a knife before taking property from the girls.
The girls then fled the scene and were not physically injured during the incident.
A 16-year-old girl has been charged with two counts of assault and one count of armed robbery.
She will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justices Act.
