Attempted murder charge, Capalaba
Police have charged a 29-year-old man with attempted murder after an incident in Capalaba this morning.
It will be alleged around 11am a man reversed a car into a motorcycle on Duncan Road, causing the male rider to fall to the ground.
It will further be alleged the man repeatedly drove at and reversed towards the man in a threatening manner.
The two men are known to each other.
The 54-year-old man sustained minor injuries.
A 29-year-old Capalaba man has been charged with one count each of attempted murder, acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
He is due to appear in the Cleveland Magistrates court tomorrow.
