I posted a parcel to my Grandson on the 18/05/20 and did not know that they no longer had the box number 1812. I have tracked the parcel and it said that it was still awaiting collection despite my son asking at the counter for it. I have tried to ring on 07 33831138 but it diverts to the fax. If you would be so good as to reply to my email as soon as possible.

It appears that the Cleveland Post Office have changed their phone number to the National one: 131318
