About
The Bluewater Festival is an annual celebration of bayside living, in keeping with the start of the QantasLink Brisbane to Gladstone Yacht Race, just off the sandy banks of Shorncliffe in Moreton Bay.
Now in its 17th year, the Bluewater Festival continues to attract thousands of locals and visitors from all over Brisbane who come to watch the spectacle of the yachts and enjoy the atmosphere of their favourite festival by the bay. The festival focus is on entertainment, vibrancy and art, and as its name suggests, celebrating everything to do with sailing and the start of Australia’s second largest yacht race.
