Disturbance, Victoria Point
Two men have been taken to hospital following a disturbance at Victoria Point last night.
Around 11.15pm police were called to Yeo Street following reports that a man had been stabbed.
Upon their arrival police located two men with injuries, a 27-year-old man with a puncture wound to his side and an injury above his eye, and a 25-year-old man with facial injuries.
Initial inquiries indicate a group of people known to the victims attended the house around 11pm and an altercation followed during which the two men were injured.
Both men were taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital for treatment.
Investigations are continuing.
