Missing woman Niama Hassan’s car located at Wellington Point Reserve
Police are continuing to appeal for public assistance to help locate 27-year-old Niama Hassan, with searches continuing in Wellington Point Reserve after Ms Hassan’s car was located there on Sunday afternoon (October 29, 2017).
Police conducting patrols for Ms Hassan’s vehicle, a 2016 grey / silver Nissan Qashai, locating it in a car park at the Reserve (opposite the toilet block) late yesterday afternoon.
Extensive patrols were conducted yesterday of the Wellington Point Reserve, including King Island, by police on foot and with the assistance of Polair 2, after the discovery of the vehicle.
The search continues today.
Inquiries by police indicate a woman matching Ms Hassan’s description attended a takeaway shop at the Reserve around 10.30am on Saturday.
Ms Hassan has been missing since Saturday morning and is described as 170cm tall with a slim build, a dark complexion, black hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be wearing a denim shirt/jacket and a long skirt (colour unknown).
Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 27-year-old woman missing from Holland Park since Saturday morning.
Niama Hassan was last seen at a Cradock Street, Holland Park residence around 10.30am Saturday morning (28 October 2017) and has not contacted family or friends since.
She is described as 170cm tall, slim build, black hair and brown eyes. She may be travelling in a 2016 grey Nissan Qashqai with Queensland registration 204WZA.
It is out of character for Ms Hassan not to stay in contact with her family and police hold concerns for her safety and well being.
