Police are investigating after a shooting incident at Victoria Point Saturday 5th September
Initial inquiries indicated that at about 9.40pm two men attend at a Allen Street residence and an argument has started with two men at the residence.
One of the men who attended the residence has then produced what is believed to be a firearm and shot one of the men in the leg.
The men are known to each other.
Investigations are continuing.

Police have charged a man following an alleged shooting incident in Victoria Point last Saturday night.
Investigations suggest at about 9.40pm two men attended a residence on Allen Street where, it will be alleged, an argument has started between them and two men at the residence.
Police will allege one of the men who attended the residence produced a firearm, discharging a shot which injured two men.
A 35-year-old man from Cleveland has been charged with two counts of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm and one count each of unlawful possession of a weapon, driving an uninsured vehicle, driving a motor vehicle without a driver licence, driving a vehicle with false number plates, driving an unregistered vehicle and wilful damage.
He is due to appear in Cleveland Magistrates Court tomorrow, September 10.
