Shooting incident, Capalaba
A man has been taken to the Princess Alexandra (PA) hospital following a shooting incident at Capalaba on the evening of 5th April 2014.
Around 7:25pm, police were called to a Denison Court residence in relation to a disturbance.
A man was injured when an officer discharged his firearm and he is currently being treated for his injuries at hospital.
Ethical Standards Command have been advised and investigations are continuing.

Police have charged a 29-year-old man following an incident in which a police officer was seriously injured at Capalaba last night.
Around 7.25pm officers attended a Denison Court residence following reports of a disturbance.
It will be alleged a man pushed a 28-year-old male constable through a pane of glass before the officer was further assaulted.
The man was injured after a female officer discharged a firearm. He was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
The male constable was also taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where today he underwent surgery after sustaining serious injuries to his arms. He remains in hospital.
A 29-year-old South Brisbane man has been charged with one count each of causing grievous bodily harm to a police officer, acts intended to maim and serious assault police with intent to prevent lawful detention; and two counts each of obstructing police.
The matter is expected to be heard in the Brisbane Magistrates Court tomorrow.
