Stolen Koala Joeys, Ormiston 14th April
Police are seeking urgent public assistance to help locate three young Koala joeys that have been taken from an address in Ormiston today.
The three joeys were being cared for at a carers house and initial information suggests they were taken sometime between 9 last night and 6 this morning.
They are around 14-months old, on supplemental feeding and also require medication.
It is also believed that they may not be able to survive if they’re released into the wild and are vunerable to other animals of traffic.
Police are urging with anyone that may have taken the joeys to call the RSPCA for assistance or to hand them in at their nearest police station immediately.
You can contact Police via Policelink on 131 444 or the RSPCA on 1300 AMIMAL.
