Unlawful wounding, Capalaba

Police are investigating an unlawful wounding incident that occurred between two men in Swan Street, Capalaba this evening.
Around 7.20pm police responded after one of the two men produced a knife and stabbed the other man.
The man who was stabbed was transported to the Princess Alexander Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and his condition is described as stable.
A 39-year-old man is assisting police with their inquiries.

A 39-year-old Wynnum man has been charged following the investigation into an unlawful wounding incident that occurred between two men in Swan Street, Capalaba on the evening of 23rd June 2014.
Police will allege at around 7.20pm, during a physical altercation the 39-year-old produced a knife and stabbed the other man.
A 39-year-old man was charged with possession of a knife, enter dwelling with intent by break uses violence whilst armed, common assault, wounding.
He is due to appear in the Cleveland Magistrates Court on the morning of 24th June 2014.
